I bought a Siemens dishwasher from this store. The installation was complicated as the delivery guy asked for additional money that was not announced before + I suffered a water leakage and had to call another company to fix it. After a bit more than 3 months the dishwasher stopped working and I had to replace the motherboard for 600 aed. The seller refused to do anything for me. So I do not recommend this shop. Edit after the answer of the shop : 1-I used the machine for les than 3 months in reality since I was not here during summer. It’s not normal for it to break down after less than 3 months actual usage. It’s a pity you refused to do something about it, you could have made a customer happy. 2-I confirm it was not tip money, your delivery guy asked me 100 aed to do the installation which normally was supposed to be free, and did not even do it right. Pls do not change the story. Thank you. 3-Most of the comments on the shop are from people having put only 1 comment on google maps. I let people draw their own conclusions about this.

This was an absolute nightmare! Every appliance was broken, and things only got worse after installation. A flood occurred, the dishwasher was infested with cockroaches, and I discovered them crawling all over my newly bought dishes, disgusting! The fridge stopped working after just one week, and despite waiting hours for a technician, no one ever showed up. Buying used appliances was already a risk, but this provider has completely proven why it was the worst decision. Their service is beyond terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
